Amazing place to live, nice and quiet, close to M59

Me and my wife love living here, we rent a 3 br townhome and its wonderful. Plenty of space and friendly neighbors, plenty of great shopping, bars, and restaurants in short driving distance, and lots of room to walk our dog and play fetch. Nice quiet little community with kids and laughter, tons of amenity’s really nice pool and great staff. Me and my wife routinely mention how much we love living here.

A place to call home. A Happy Home

We have lived at the Preserves now for almost 3 years and this is our second floor plan. We could not be happier. The staff has been so friendly and kind to us. Very considerate when a question is asked and very helpful. They have always been friendly to us. Judy is the best. The ladies in the front are as nice as can be. The maintenance guys are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Very quick turnaround time if you need a repair. The grounds are park like are are beautiful during the different seasons. They are also very clean. We currently live in a townhouse and we love it. The floor plan is perfect and we can not hear our neighbors at all. Snow removal is spot on and I’ve seen them plow several times in one day on a weekend when we have had a lot of snow. There is less parking available in the back of the complex but the peace and quiet and park like setting with the pond and deer in the morning can make up for it. If you like an area more secluded and like that don’t have as many people walking around as you do in the front of the complex, then parking is kind of a trade off. I highly recommend the Preserves as a place to call home.

Awesome place to live. Very Quiet.

Very quiet, very nice apartments. Well constructed with high end fixtures. I would say my apartment feels more like a very nice condo. Attached garage, granite counter tops, sturdy cabinets. Its great that they have their own plows for snow. When I leave for work in the morning I don’t have to worry if I will make it out of the complex. The office staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Neighbors are friendly too. When I’ve needed maintenance, it’s done within the day. No complaints. Great place to live

Love the outdoor feel

I would tell others, that if you like trees and the forestry, you would like this place. The visuals of the trees, deer and birds, make me feel like I am up north. That aspect is very appealing to me. Being within close distance to shops, restaurants and major highways are a plus.

The Vacation That Never Stop

The Preserves has a such tranquility, as soon as i enter my townhome i feel so much peace here,the residents and staff are all very friendly …the area is beautiful and surrounded with lots of shopping and places of entertainment ….I love it here

Super Professional Leasing Staff – Grace Schop was Fantasic!

I just recently signed a lease for a Townhouse at the Preserves North in Sterling Heights. During my journey, I met with a number of leasing professionals and none were as kind and as organized as the staff at the Preserves. In particular, my leasing agent Grace Schop was a God Send. She seemed to truly care about me and my situation more than just wanting to lease an apartment. She provided pratical ideas and solutions to some obsticals relating to my personal needs. She understood every aspect of the leasing process and her properties and was always prompt with return calls and on-time and prepared for meetings. What impressed me most about Grace was the manner in which she interacted with my 84 year old mother who was part of the process. She treated her very kindly and with the upmost respect. Many thanks!

Love it so far

We have been living here for about a month and a half and we love it so far! Any issue we have had was addressed within a day and maintenance is great. I have lived in several rental units prior to this and never had such quick responses by maintenance.

Office Staff is Professional & Helpful

My husband and I have lived at The Preserves for 6 months. It’s always a risk when moving into an apartment because you share close quarters with neighbors you haven’t met yet. We have enjoyed our time here so far because: 1) I never hear my neighbors. It’s like we aren’t even in an apartment. 2) When maintenance issues arise, the maintenance team arrives within 24 hours (faster when it’s an emergency). 3) The office staff is professional and helpful.

Great Quality of Life

I moved to this apartment complex in May of 2017. So far it has been a pleasure to live there. Its close access to the highway ensures a short commute to work. I also really like the amenities that this complex offers such as a full gym with new equipment. The rates are really reasonable in comparison with other complexes that are in the area but the quality of the units is much higher. The apartment staff are caring and any issues I have had with my unit have been resolved very quickly. The community is very quiet and I have not had any issues with my neighbors or noisy tenants. Overall I would highly recommend this complex to anyone who needs/wants a great stress free apartment.

Enjoyed Living Here

So sad to move (relocation), but have enjoyed living here. The grounds are well-kept, including the pool area, and staff are very friendly. It is also quiet, for the most part, since most of the families with kids live in the same areas. I liked being so close to M59, since I worked in Pontiac, and since this is on the west side of Hall Rd I never had to deal with any of that traffic!

Wonderful & Beautiful Place to Live!

This is a wonderful and beautiful place to live! It is quiet and safe. The leasing and maintenance staff is more than accommodating to suit your needs. I had a situation where I was out of state and they had no problem changing my move in date last minute. They are very flexible and willing to work with you. Grace Schop goes above and beyond. Anytime I have a question or need assistance with something she goes out of her way to help me. Thank you!

Great Employees

Alessandra has been absolutely wonderful. Judy had been awesome as well. The grounds are well kept and all issues have been dealt with promptly. The guys take time to ensure that the work is finished properly. They truly go above & beyond to make sure we are taken care of which is nice considering I am disabled. My condo is so quiet & being located near the woods is great! We have a view of the woods, deer & a retention pond that attracts wildlife. All issues I’ve had or noticed since moving in have been dealt with & staff here have been so nice to us. I can’t say enough good things about them & the location of the complex. We are located quite close to all amenities & restaurants which is a bonus with teenagers and small children! Judy, Alessandra, Neil & Tony are wonderful & are always available to me anytime of the day or night! The roads are well lit & cleared of snow. I feel completely safe being alone at my condo as I am disabled & haven’t lived alone in 10 years. The Preserves in Sterling Heights is a fabulous place to rent & I highly recommend this condo complex to anyone who’s looking for convenience, safety & peace! The on site amenities are great. My kids can’t wait for the pool to open! I like having a gym on site so I can keep up with my physical therapy. The condo itself is well laid out & having access to a walk in shower & separate soaker tub have been awesome for my particular physical limitations and pain level. I highly recommend living here. Rent is reasonable considering what is near us, including the hospital, shopping & restaurants. So far living here has been a really great decision for me.

Love it here!

I have been here around 6 years and I love it here. Staff is great judy has always taken good care of me with any problem I have ever had. grounds are very neat and clean. I never here any noise here, what people I do know here are very friendly. A little high in price, but for what they offer it’s worth it.

Extremely Kind and Welcoming

The community and staff at the Preserves are extremely kind and welcoming. I have not had any major issues with my stay here, and any minor infractions are dealt with in a swift and professional manner. While all the leasing agents I’ve worked with have demonstrated sincere care for their clients, I really have to commend Melissa for her exceptional work and dedication in her job. She constantly goes out of her way to make others feel at home, and makes even the more inconvenient of situations into positive experiences.
